Our Return Promise

We stand behind our products just like we stand behind our aloha spirit. Most unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Some exceptions apply (see below).

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Include the original packing slip and ensure items are in original condition with tags attached.
  4. Ship It Back: Send your return to:

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Exchange Information

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability in our Featured or Fan Favorites collections
  • We’ll notify you if your requested exchange item is unavailable
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product description)
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags
