How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. This will allow you to track orders, save favorites, and check out faster in the future.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. We’ll send you a link to create a new password.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your tropical styles to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Why was my payment declined?

Shipping Information
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! (Excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Whether you’re in New York dreaming of Hawaiian beaches or in London craving that island vibe, we’ve got you covered.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
- Free Shipping via EMS on all orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipping)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package’s journey from our headquarters in Cobleskill straight to your doorstep!
Why is my package taking longer than expected?
International shipping times can vary based on customs processing in your country. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. Remember that delivery estimates don’t include our 1-2 business day processing time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Returns Policy page for complete details.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
